Out of scope for now

Designed, then set aside so testing can focus on the panel. Each comes back later; until then the app doesn't have it.

Tray popover (2026-10-16). A left-click on the menu bar mark shows the panel instead; a right-click opens the app's menu.

Tray popover. The glance. A flat list across all projects: focus, then the next few by priority, then one thing that needs a look. In the menu bar, a Terracotta dot beside the mark means there's a #p0 somewhere; the popover says which. No count: it would widen the item. The mark itself stays monochrome, so macOS can recolour it for every menu bar.
Items share the panel's shape: tags inline as chips where they were written, the project on a faint line underneath, so the task gets the full width. Search covers everything; Return opens the match in the panel. The health row is shown clicked open. The cog in the header opens the same menu as a right-click on the mark, as it does in the panel's header.
