Since, as one line

Two changes to a project's scope. The Since card grows with each project's news and pushes the tasks around. Here it's one line at the top of the health card instead. Click the line to open it, and Hide to clear it. More news adds to every panel, so you can watch which ones move. A missing LICENSE or CHANGELOG opens to Add Task, to deal with it later.
