App icon

The Dock and ⌘-Tab show the generic icon since app mode (0.61.0). Four directions, each built from the ␣⌘ paths in favicon.svg on the macOS icon grid, then shown at the sizes you'll meet them: 256, 128, the Dock's 64, 32 and 16. The switcher strips put each one beside neighbours of the usual colours, light and dark.

Round 2: Charcoal, after the Dock

Charcoal (B) as built looked lost in the Dock and ⌘-Tab: the mark filled about half the tile, ␣ read thin and low beside a heavy ⌘, and the flat dark brown sat in a row of other dark squares (Terminal, Obsidian). Each variant here fills about 70% of the tile, draws ␣ heavier and 2 units closer to ⌘ (as the menu bar mark does), and centres the pair. The strips use the user's own ⌘-Tab neighbours: Chrome, Finder, Terminal, Preview, Obsidian, Safari, Messages.
